Shipping and returns
1. Shipping
Generally, the items are shipped within 2 days after mayment. We ship via the French parcel service Colissimo or another similar operator. You will receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel has left our shop.
Items that are marked "to order" are shipped within approximately 3 weeks (often much quicker), as they have to be provisioned from the manufacturer.
Shipping costs include packing and handling, as well as the actual transportation cost. The price varies according to the weight of the parcel and the delivery country.
Please be aware that we only deliver to EC countries, with some exceptions.
If you order from a non-EC country, your customs may intercept the parcel and request additional taxtes, even though 21% VAT has already been paid by us. Additional taxtes, if any, have to be paid by the customer; by passing your order you explicitely agree to pay these taxtes on you behalf. Should you refuse the parcel and customs sends it back to us, we will only partially reimbourse you, to cover any aditionnal costs generated for us.
If you want to purchase several items, we strongly suggest to group them into one single order to reduce shipping costs.
All items are packed well protected, using recycled packing material if possible.
2. Reception of your shipment
Please verify the parcel in presence of the delivery person. If the parcel is severely damaged, do not accept it and file a damage report with the delivery service. Also, please notify us and send us a copy of the damage report if possible. If you accept the parcel, you are responsible for any damaged items in the shipment.
3. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) withing 14 days after reception and we will refund the full item price minus shipping. The shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer.
You have to return the item(s) in perfect condition and without any trace of usage, in its original package and well protected. If the returned item does not conform to these conditions we will refund you partially in order to compensate for the loss of value of any incomplete, used or damaged item.
